I’m now. 5 weeks in. And down 20 lbs so I. Very pleased. With them Idk. Much about Link compound pharmacy. But their stuff works very well
That's all pretty industry standard, the quick turnaround, but that titration is against normal protocol. What is your current rate? A few providers use SmartScripts but I don't know of anyone else using Link. They let you move to 5mg on your 2nd week? That's not standard titration, for sure. That wouldn't be long enough to see if it's working and unless they are trying to get you to move up to bill you more, would ethically encourage you to stay on a low dose for longer than a week, to be honest.
I talk to a trainer of PCPs about this just a couple days ago and it's a big concern about providers who bill more for higher doses who are potentially encouraging or allowing quick upward titration for the wrong reasons. It is industry standard, recommended to stay on the lowest dose that's working and to give it time. Once you get to 15mg there's nowhere to go. Higher doses doesn't mean more benefits, it might mean you get billed more, more quickly though.
Glad you are happy with them though and congrats on your losses. I'm down 50 with Emerge. We are all in this together 🙂
That's a paid ad. The only info on them is the Forbes list and resulting comments about the Forbes list on Reddit. These forums weren't like this until April or May, but marketing teams started creating fake accounts with feigned interest in random providers then fake accounts were created to say they are fantastic.
I know this because I spoke with the moderators who were saying it was getting to be more than a full-time job whack-a-moling fake accounts made by marketing teams.
When I started on Reddit, there were genuine patients having genuine conversations. It changed.
Remedy is not on the radar of tried-and-true providers nor widely used. They may be fine but not much is known about them. That list is an attempt to legitimize their name in a market that's tough to break into now, since there are already established players that are trusted.
If you happen to get their pharmacy info, I can run it through my usual vetting process. Sometimes these smaller players use 503As that don't have a proven record of batch testing like the big guys so that's always a key question.
