From all the research I've done on compound providers it seems all of them are on a subscription program. Give them your charge card number and they'll automatically charge your card and send your product. The problem comes when you attempt to cancel. I've read about so many problems in attempts to cancel, the time it takes to cancel, and regardless of attempts to cancel nothing is done...you've been charged again.
Both your credit card company and PayPal tell you that you need to deal with the company and they are the ones who are required to put a request into the card company or PayPal to stop the automatic subscription payment. This is the problem.
Is there any reputable company making tirzepatide compound not on a subscription program?
You know, Fifty.410 has an interesting thing going. Full disclosure, I do both Orderly and Emerge for myself and daughter and love them. BUT, I went through Fifty.410 because they use Hallendale and have these interesting 3month or 12 week offerings.mWith Hallendale’s long BUD, I thought it would be good, as I am stashing. I had the little phone call, but it came out to more than I wanted to pay per MG, so didn’t do it. But, I think it’s workable and…. Hallendale!
Sure, great question. Short answer - Orderly. They have a patient portal where you can stop and start your deliveries freely. It's a popular feature. www.compoundproviders.com/orderly
I'd add to that, there are indeed a lot of telehealth providers with the monthly subscription model. You can also buy bulk vials from providers like Regenics or Balanced Hormone Health (pricing here www.compoundproviders.com/price-lists )
The reason Emerge has a monthly subscription model is to keep the costs low. It's not a nefarious reason as some cynics indicate on Reddit (that's just Reddit's flavor lately, lots of cynicism). They have a target customer - one who doesn't stop and start means their customer services expenses related to each customer stays low and they can keep their rates low. They even say outright, if you are looking to stop and start, they aren't the best fit for you. Their whole business model is streamlined, both for the customer and for Emerge. It's a great relationship when matched with the right patients. The providers who stop and start are generally more expensive for that reason. It costs them more to offer that as an option. Just because it's more paperwork, essentially.
I haven't heard of anybody having trouble cancelling with my recommended providers, Emerge, Orderly, and Fridays for example. I have heard of folks having trouble cancelling with Amble and Pomegranate, to be frank, who are listed on my site with notes that there have been challenges with customer care and to research reviews before proceeding. I never tell anybody who to choose, just provide information for them to save time researching or to use as a starting point for their own. But let me know if I can answer anything further. Most providers are set up for monthly shipments and standard titration.
Can I ask, what might the reason be for the stop and start? If trying to buy a higher dose then pausing to stretch it out, that can be a challenge because of BUD. If toggling between compound and other meds when they're available, that's a different story too.
