I like the second after pic because you can see muscle mass. I haven't lost my thighs and glutes. Still feel strong. They say eating a lot of protein does that. ๐ The new nutrition page has some new stuff, cool gadgets, apps and protein ideas. Down another pound today. I'd love to see your before and afters too
