Amble recently removed their email address from their site and currently are not fielding customer service questions without payment / joining the program. They had undercut pricing in the marketplace and admitted to hiring only 2 customer service reps for the whole country. That led to a breakdown in customer service, including billing issues, missing shipments, weeks in med delays, and we hope they have things sorted out now but there was an inundation of issues being reported on forums. You'll want to do your own research on reviews, I don't tell people who to choose and I have not used them so I cannot speak to it. They use Red Rock and Revive, two commonly used pharmacies. They also use RXCompound and TX ProMeds. Some people do have good luck with this provider and are happy.
